Wonderful customer service. Rex telephoned me to say that the parts he had in stock required slight modification and he offered to modify them for free. What a very nice bloke!

This is an excellent business to deal with, they ordered some obscure washers for me which cost them a minimum order charge from their supplier, they couldn’t have been more helpful.

What a gentleman Rex is, most helpful and very friendly (a real gentleman) Debs is lovely as well. Always a pleasure doing business and a good old friendly chat thrown in.

No problem left unsolved with Rex. He is the real deal. A true Gentleman…there is nothing he does not know about BSA Bantams. Bantam owners need more folk like Rex.
